This article will give a detailed overview of how to get “NA” in the middle box of the registration key
window, so that that the registration key can be entered into the field.
Note Before You Begin
- Verify that there is a key code in the middle box of the “Register Winscan” window where “NA” should be (See: “What do I do when WinScan prompts me to register/reactivate my software?”document).
Step-by-Step
1. Close all programs and windows.
2. Go to the Start Menu.
3. Double-click on “My Computer” (it could also be labeled “Computer”).
4. Double-click on “Local Disk C:”
5. Locate and double-click on the “WinScan98” folder.
6. Locate and right-click on “keydata.dat” and click “Delete” from the dropdown menu.
7. Restart the MyoVision program.
8. You should now be able to enter in the correct registration key into the software.
