We have recently purchased the MyoVision Solovision. And we have tried to bind the scanncers to the SoloVision.
One scanner is binding however one is constantly not even though all lights are green on the SoloVision (both the Bind light and Power light) and the lights on the scanners are also both green (The Power light and the Connect Status light).
But when we go to conduct a scan on a patient only one scanner works. And the other remains unconnected even though all lights are green.
Therefore in troubleshooting this problem none of your FAQ'S help.
We would appreciate a prompt reply to this issue as we were hoping to use our MyoVision right away.

Have you checked the select switches? The scanners need to be on opposite channels in order to function properly and to delineate right side from left side. More than likely they are both currently on the same channel, meaning that the computer sees only one scanner even though both appear bound.
The select switch is to the left of the start button. The left scanner needs the select switch to be pointing toward the electrodes. The right scanner needs the select switch to be pointing away from the electrodes. The important thing to remember is that you want the devices to be on separate channels. In other words, it doesn't matter which one is right or which one is left as long as you have one of each.
